1. The temperature control valve core uses the principle of expanding wax. This semi-liquid substance will have a larger expansion rate in a relatively small temperature range;
2. All temperature control spools are factory set at a predetermined temperature and cannot be adjusted, but there are spools with different temperatures (reference selection);
3. It can be used to control the temperature of water and oil within a temperature range. When the fluid temperature is lower than the control range, the total liquid flow is returned to the main system. When the fluid temperature rises to the control range, some liquid is transferred to the cooling system. Beyond the control range, all fluid flows to the cooling system;
4. The temperature control valve can also be used in a mixed flow system. Hot fluid enters the “B” port and cold fluid enters the “C” port, adjusts to the required temperature, and returns to the main system through the “A” port.
1. The temperature control valve body is sealed with FKM seals, which has a long life, safe and reliable;
2. The seal has good compatibility with lubricating oil;
3. The inside and outside of the casting (spheroidal graphite cast iron) are treated by electrophoresis, and will never rust;
